Easter is coming, and I can feel it stirring something deep in my soul. More than just a holiday or a day on the calendar, it's a season to reflect on all that Jesus' death and resurrection means for us Christians. But if I'm honest, I know there's work to be done in my heart before I can truly celebrate the resurrection.
I carry burdens I haven't laid down at Jesus' feet. I hold onto sins I need to repent of. My heart longs to draw closer to Him, but I know I need to surrender—really surrender—before I can experience the power of His resurrection in my life.
