In this study, we'll walk together through the places where Jesus walked and remember that the story didn't end at the cross. It ended at an empty tomb…and it still speaks hope to us today.
I don't know what you're facing today, but I do know this: believing in Jesus doesn't mean you never wrestle.
I've had my share of wrestling with doubts, but I love the life of Jesus. I love how He loved the poor. How He honored the marginalized. How He appeared first to women in a culture that disregarded women. How He was a revolutionary and yet kind and compassionate.
I love Him. And I'd love to be like Him, but I'm so far from Him.
But you know, He died on the cross for an old drunk like me. An old hypocrite like me. And during those days in which I was knocking down a six pack at night, and then going to church on Sunday, and acting like I was the best Christian in town, He said, "I'll die for him."
By the time I was 20 years old, I was a disaster waiting to happen. But, eventually, I came to a fork in the road: I could heed the voices of my beer buddies, or I could trust the authority of God's Word.
That was over 50 years ago. God's grace has sustained me every single day of my life.
So, I get it. I don't have all the answers to all the questions.
But I've checked out plan B. I don't like it.
Plan B is terrible. Because plan B stinks.
Plan A—a resurrected body, on a resurrected and renewed planet, in the presence of a resurrected Lord, ever living in peace in a kingdom. God will have His Garden of Eden. And I want to be a part of it.
So, here's the question: Ladies and gentlemen, have you made the Easter miracle the hope for your life? If not, what is holding you back?
That's why I'd love for you to join us for the In the Footsteps of the Savior Online Bible Study. Over six sessions, we'll walk together through some of the most meaningful places in Jesus' life and help you:
- See the Gospel unfold in real locations, so the life of Jesus becomes more vivid and personal
- Connect Scripture to your life today—even in seasons of uncertainty, waiting, or unanswered questions
- Find hope in the resurrection as the Good News takes on new depth when you see where it happened
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to walk with Jesus along the roads of Nazareth, listen to Him teach on a hillside, or arrive at the tomb only to find it empty? This study invites you to put yourself in those moments and discover what they mean for your faith today because you're not just hearing the story; you're experiencing it in a whole new way.
The Holy Land is waiting for you. Will you join us? Register here now—and I'll see you in the Holy Land!
