I will bless you [abundantly]… and you shall be a blessing [a source of great good to others]. — Genesis 12:2 AMP You can be sure that God will take care of everything you need. — Philippians 4:19 MSG Everything that goes into a life of pleasing God has been miraculously given to us by getting to know, personally and intimately, the One who invited us to God. The best invitation we ever received! — 2 Peter 1:3 MSG Abundantly free! He thought of everything, provided for everything we could possibly need. — Ephesians 1:9 MSG We all live off His generous abundance, gift after gift after gift. — John 1:16 MSG God will generously provide all you need. Then you will always have everything you need and plenty left over to share with others. — 2 Corinthians 9:8 Remember the words of the Lord Jesus: "It is more blessed to give than to receive." — Acts 20:35 Give as freely as you have received! — Matthew 10:8 Give away your life; you'll find life given back, but not merely given back — given back with bonus and blessing. — Luke 6:38 MSG God can pour on the blessings in astonishing ways so that you're ready for anything and everything. — 2 Corinthians 9:8 MSG God doesn't do anything halfway. Or half-heartedly. No, He goes all the way, above and beyond, over the top. He gives generously, abundantly. So much more than enough. Until we're full to overflowing. Now, the gift doesn't always come into our lives the way that we expect or imagine. Or on our timetable. But it's there. He is there. In His love for us, He always shows up. He always prepares and provides everything we need, in every way — physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually — even if it's in a way that's different from what we expected or hoped. We can rise up and stand tall, heads held high, knowing that our Father is the King of kings. |

His resources are absolutely unlimited! As the Bible puts it, He owns "the cattle on a thousand hills" (Psalm 50:10). He owns everything — the earth and everyone and everything in it. It belongs to Him. And His generosity never runs out. God gives freely to us, again and again. Now, it's not that He doesn't ever allow us to go through hard times or call us to places of suffering and sacrifice. In fact, Jesus said, Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows. — John 16:33 But you know that verse in Philippians? I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. — Philippians 4:13 NKJV That's what this verse is really talking about. The Amplified Bible puts it this way: I know how to get along and live humbly [in difficult times], and I also know how to enjoy abundance and live in prosperity. In any and every circumstance I have learned the secret [of facing life], whether well- fed or going hungry, whether having an abundance or being in need. I can do all things [which He has called me to do] through Him who strengthens and empowers me [to fulfill His purpose — I am self-sufficient in Christ's sufficiency; I am ready for anything and equal to anything through Him who infuses me with inner strength and confident peace]. — Philippians 4:12–13 Hallelujah! Praise God! We have the Spirit of God, the Spirit of Jesus, living in us and through us — and He is more than enough. He is all we need. |

Renew your strength and move beyond your faults and failures as you step into God's healing love. What if our brokenness didn't define us? What if we could get beyond it somehow— let go of the past, with its failures and mistakes, let go of the pain—and rise above it? At one time or another, we've all had to come face to face with defeat. We look around us, we look in our own mirrors, and we find we consistently come up short. We battle feelings of guilt, failure, frustration, unworthiness, hopelessness, and despair. But take heart! God loves you just as you are—in all your brokenness. And even better? He also loves you too much to leave you this way. He has something better for you: redemption, hope, and healing. God calls you to rise and renew. The Bible tells us God gives us "a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair" (Isaiah 61:3 NIV). |
