YIELD: 6 to 8 Servings Ingredients: - Crackers or bread, as desired
- 4 oz. brie cheese
- 4 oz. fresh strawberries, quartered
- 6 oz. prosciutto or country ham
- 6 oz. capicola
- 4 oz. Pickled Asparagus
- 4 oz. Rhubarb Chutney
- 4 oz. burrata, halved
- 3 oz. dried apricots
- Marigold petals, for garnish
- Fresh herbs (basil, parsley, oregano), for garnish
- Candied blood oranges, for garnish
- Chive blossoms, for garnish
Instructions: The real key to nailing this board is to keep the flavors bright and fresh so it can really capture the joy and excitement of the world returning to life after the far-too-long dormant period. - Section the board into three parts, placing crackers in the middle, the brie and some strawberries on the right side, and the prosciutto, capicola, and Pickled Asparagus on the left.
- Place the Rhubarb Chutney in a small ramekin and place it beside the brie.
- Place the burrata at the top of the board, next to the crackers.
- Fill in any gaps with dried apricots and the remaining strawberries.
- Top the board with the garnishes and enjoy.
