Supreme Court Defends Prayer. Let's not stop there. Add your name and help us reach 250,000+ who believe religion is a right not a crime. The high Court recently handed down their decision in what is known as the "Coach Kennedy Case." This coach had his First Amendment rights stripped away, when he was fired for exercising his faith by silently praying on the field after games. When you add your name to the petition, you're standing up for prayer. The fight for your right to pray is a battle we've been engaged in for decades. I've argued these prayer cases at the Supreme Court before. I know the stakes, and they couldn't be higher. The court ruled overwhelmingly for Coach Kennedy, on both free speech and free exercise grounds. This time religious rights won but we still need your support! Sign the petition and continue to protect prayer at the Supreme Court now!
