Just because you're young doesn't mean that God gives you a smaller portion of His power or presence or Spirit. ~ Margaret Feinberg, from God's Power in Me Lie: Kids don't do that.
You will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth. — Acts 1:8
"You're too young to do that!" Do you think that is an insult or a compliment? If you think it's an insult, then you might just have the idea that your age might get in the way of God using you. It's important to know that in the eyes of God, girls and boys are equally important and valuable. God loves and celebrates and wants to use you. You see, everyone has been given the same power of the Holy Spirit to fulfill our destiny — everyone.
Before you were born, you were given a destiny. The word destiny comes from the Latin root meaning to "make firm" or "establish." In other words, you have a God-given destination that's already prepared for you. If you think there are some things that you just can't do because of your age, then you are missing out on all God has for you.
Just think about how God showed His love, blessing, and favor on some of the kids in the Bible!
Just because you're young doesn't mean that God gives you a smaller portion of His power or presence or Spirit.
God gives you all He has and doesn't hold back.
Don't give up your destiny and your access to the power of God.

"As a believer, you have the Spirit of Almighty God living inside of you. That means that you have access to all the power you need to stop the lies and embrace the truth. In this hustling, image-forward age of opportunity, we feel more anxious than ever.
